We are building this community with the same patience & alignment that defines our name in two intentional phases:

Phase 1: Haven House

Nestled into private woods on two sides, Haven House is our most quiet space. Here, the boundaries between the home & nature dissolve - you can forage for wild blackberries steps from the front door, walk our wooded trails, or connect with the simple rhythm of the nearby chicken coop.

Currently undergoing a complete renovation, this intimate residence will be ready to welcome our founding family unit of just two residents & a live-in House Manager in Summer 2026. Apply now for the live-in House Manager position or to call Haven House your home.

Phase 2: Hearth House


Wildflowers & garden beds line the front of Hearth House, where a wood-burning fireplace anchors spacious living & dining areas, & an ample kitchen built for shared meals & evening reflection - the warm, expansive heart of our homestead.

Intentionally limited to six residents, the home balances active connection with deep physical peace. The spaces flow naturally into the landscape - the light-filled sunroom opens directly onto a back patio, immersing you in a private backyard where towering Post Oaks & cedars stand with no neighbors in sight. A fence laced with wild honeysuckle borders the goat yard, leading you to a gate where the wooded trails begin.
