Foundation & Framework
We provide a safe, structured, & empowering framework for residents committed to rebuilding their lives in recovery. Opening our doors Summer & Fall of 2026, our homes bridge the gap between treatment & independent living. In addition to the offerings of traditional recovery residences, our unique model intentionally combines rigorous accountability, practical self-sufficiency training, & nature-based grounding. By equipping residents with both tangible life skills & holistic emotional resilience, we build a foundation for true self-reliance & durable, lifelong recovery.
Female-Centered Space: We welcome individuals who are seeking a nurturing, feminine environment & platonic connections with women. We foster a community built on mutual respect, focused self-healing, & shared support.
Premier Safe Location: Located in Southlake, Texas - consistently ranked among the safest cities in the state - our residents benefit from a highly secure, low-crime community.
Private, Low-Density Setting: Situated on a quiet, private, low-density street, our homes offer a peaceful sanctuary free from the noise, traffic, & triggers of congested urban environments.
100% Sober Environment: We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, illicit drugs, or unapproved mind-altering substances. Everyone in our house is fully committed to active, continuous sobriety.
Staffing Structure: Our homes are overseen by an off-site Owner/Director & managed 24/7 by a live-in, peer House Manager who enforces all community standards.
Safety First: Our property features 24/7 external security, secure medication locking systems, & on-site emergency preparedness kits, including Naloxone (Narcan).
National & State Alignment: Our home's guidelines are custom-built to mirror the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) Level 2 standards. We are actively in the official pipeline to secure our Texas state accreditation through the Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network (TROHN) upon our physical launch this season.
Certified Operational Model, Staffing, & Security
Mandatory Recovery Meetings: Attendance at a minimum of four external recovery meetings per week is mandatory to ensure residents maintain outside support networks.
Productive Day Requirements: Residents must maintain full-time constructive hours (30+ hours/week) through local or remote employment, schooling, outpatient therapy, local volunteer work, or structured on-site homestead chores.
Random Screening & Curfews: We safeguard our homes through mandatory, random, & witnessed drug & alcohol screenings multiple times per week. Curfews are strictly set at 10:00 PM on weekdays & 11:00 PM on weekends.
Focus on Self (No In-House Romance): To protect the therapeutic environment & prevent distraction from personal healing, romantic or sexual relationships between current residents are strictly prohibited. The first 90 days of residency are dedicated solely to self-recovery & building platonic community support.
The Structure of High Accountability
A Day of True Rest: To protect our residents from burnout, all regular employment & on-site homestead chores are paused on Sundays. Residents are encouraged to sleep in & recharge their minds & bodies.
Spiritual & Personal Freedom: Sunday mornings are completely open for personal choice. Residents have the freedom to attend local church services, practice individual meditation, or enjoy quiet reflection in our private outdoor setting.
Focused Self-Sufficiency Workshops: Sunday afternoons feature a mandatory 1-to-2-hour interactive workshop focused on self-sufficiency & self-discovery that shift mindsets from survival to stewardship: yoga & meditation, cooking & baking 101, essential car care 101, appliance repair, basic electrical & carpentry, gardening & composting, homesteading 101, & artisanal crafts such as candle making & crocheting.
Shared House Governance: Residents work collaboratively to maintain the property. We hold a democratic house meeting immediately following our Sunday workshops to organically resolve conflicts, audit household chores, & build leadership skills.
Evening Unity & Grounding: We close our week together by attending the 7:00 PM Sunday Night Meditation AA meeting at White's Chapel Church. This allows our residents to connect deeply with the broader Southlake recovery community & enter the new week with a centered, peaceful mindset.
Sunday Rest, Workshop & Recovery
Intentional Nature Connection: Fostering a deep connection with the outdoors is part of our recovery framework. We include outdoor reflective time, walks in the woods, care for resident goat & chickens, & gardening into our weekly schedule.
Holistic Coping Mechanisms: Replacing substance use with grounding techniques found in nature helps women build the emotional durability needed to withstand real-world stressors without relapsing.
Nature-Based Grounding & Holistic Resilience
Here, through quiet rhythm & intentional self-reliance, you will uncover truths about your strength, capability, & resilience that you never knew existed.
